If like us you need someone to bring your family home, this is the company you need! Following the hospitalisation of my Dad they experienced the most traumatic 4 weeks of their lives! Both in their 70s with only a pay as you go phone between them and insurance declined on a technicality! We were left with the difficult task of navigating medical repatriation - a phrase and process I have never heard of! You'll be directed to the Gov.uk website and a list of about 500 providers but look no further, this is the company for you! From the first phonecall on a Friday at the close of business until they brought my parents home. Gavin and the team have been the godsend we needed!
